Affirmations are positive, specific statements that help you to overcome self-sabotaging, negative thoughts. They help you visualize and believe in, what you're affirming to yourself, helping you to make positive changes to your life and career.
On each day you use the journal, there will be a affirmation of the day on the left page. The right page will have a list of guided questions specific to each affirmation to help you meditate further on these affirmations, writing your thoughts and how they will specifically help in your life. We've found that this provides for significantly higher retention and application of each affirmation.
Each journal is designed for 30 day increments. We have a sequel journal that gets sent out at the end of each month, with deeper affirmations, allowing for more progression and results each and every month. Some months are focused on confidence, some are focused on abundance and wealth, some are focused on health, etc.
